UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. This is a petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposes the petition.
3. Vide order dated 06.12.2023 this Court had granted ad interim protection in favour of the petitioner.
4. It is not in dispute that subsequent thereto the petitioner has cooperated with the investigation and attended the Investigating Officer.
5. In that view of the matter, the interim order granted by this Court on 06.12.2023 is made absolute.
6. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
