UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R
Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the
petitioner which are vehemently opposed by the learned counsel/AAG appearing for the respondent-State and the complainant, the petitioner deserves bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of incarceration already undergone by the petitioner which is about one year and in particular the fact that apparently no active role has been assigned to the petitioner in commission of the crime and only complexity of the petitioner is to the extent that some amount has been deposited in his account. The main allegation is against the father of the petitioner.
Accordingly, let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions, as may be fixed by the Trial Court.
It goes without saying that the petitioner will extend all cooperation in the trial The Special Leave Petition and pending application(s) are disposed of accordingly.
