UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record.
Considering the period of incarceration, i.e. more than four yeas, undergone by the petitioner and also considering the fact that the statements of the main witnesses including prosecutrix have already been recorded, we are inclined to grant bail to the present
petitioner.
Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court in connection with proceedings arising from FIR No.204 of 2019 dated 26.03.2019 registered at P.S. Jewar, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
The special leave petition and pending application(s) are disposed of accordingly.
