We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned ASG Mr. K M Nataraj, for the respondent and perused the material on record.
What is impugned in this special leave petition is denial of default bail. Be that as it may. The petitioner has now sought for regular bail and the application seeking regular bail is pending consideration.
In the circumstances, we decline to interfere in this matter and dispose of this special leave petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his application seeking regular bail in accordance with law which shall be considered on its own merits.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
