UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard Ms. Vanshaja Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s).
Ms. Vanshaja Shukla after making some arguments submits that instead of pressing these pre-arrest bail applications, the petitioners, namely, Anil Soni, Ritesh Soni and Ranjan Soni, would
surrender and then apply for regular bail.

Accepting the above submissions of the learned counsel, the petitioners are granted four weeks time to surrender. If regular bail is then applied, the same be considered expeditiously and on merit.
With the above order, the Special Leave Petitions are disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
