UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
We are not inclined to consider the prayer for bail at this stage. The Special Leave Petition is,
accordingly, dismissed.

However, we have been informed by the learned counsel for the respondent-State of Gujarat that all the witnesses of prosecution have already been examined except the two Investigating Officers, who are likely to be examined soon.
Considering the trial has reached the final stage, we direct the Trial Court to conclude the same within a period of six months and, in any case, not beyond one year.
It goes without saying that the petitioner shall continue to extend all co-operation in the
trial.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
