UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. The application for impleadment is allowed.
2. This is a petition seeking bail.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent/State vehemently opposes the petition.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been incarcerated in jail for a period of about one year and eleven months and that the evidence of victim has already
been recorded, we are inclined to grant bail to the present petitioner.
5. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 60/2022 registered at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar, on such terms and conditions
as may be imposed by the Trial Court.
6. However, in addition to the condition(s) that the learned Trial Court would impose, we direct that the petitioner shall not continue with the alleged activities.
7. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed.
8. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
