UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following
O R D E R
The list of case along with the First Information Reports registered against the petitioner have been filed. It is pointed out that the 183 cases are registered against the petitioner in the State of Uttar Pradesh and one case each is registered in the State of Jharkhand and the State of Rajasthan. There is another case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, which cause of action is entirely different. 2 We are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India, we leave it open to the petitioner to file petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and to take recourse to the relevant provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for consolidation of charges etc. before the High Court. If any such petition is filed, the same would be considered in accordance with law. The petitioner would be also entitled to rely upon the other orders of this Court in his application for bail if choses to file
the same before the High Court. Recording the aforesaid and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition is dismissed as not entertained.
