O R D E R
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material placed on record and taking the totality of the circumstances into account, we are not inclined to continue with the interim order dated 25.11.2022 or to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. However, in the circumstances of the case, we deem it appropriate and hence provide that if the petitioner surrenders within two weeks from today 2
and applies for regular bail, her bail application may be considered expeditiously by the Trial Court. For a period of two weeks from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. Subject to the concession foregoing, the special leave petition stands dismissed.
