Heard Mr. Anjani Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Sakshi Kakkar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State of U.P.
2. Mr. Anjani Kumar Singh, learned counsel submits that the petitioner would not like to press the special leave petition filed against the order of the High Court, rejecting the bail application.
3. In view of the above submissions, the special leave Petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
