Application seeking exemption from filing certified copy of The impugned order is allowed.
2 Having heard learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the complainant at a considerable length and after carefully perusing the material available on record, we are satisfied that no case to grant pre arrest bail to the petitioner is made out.The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted one weeks time from today to surrender before the trial court and seek regular bail thereafter. If any such application is moved by the petitioner, the trial court is directed to decide the same expeditiously, and preferably Within one week.
