The charge-sheet has been filed. In the facts of the case, the appellant deserves to be enlarged on bail pending the trial.
For that purpose, we direct that the appellant shall be produced before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today. The Trial Court shall enlarge the appellant on bail pending the trial on appropriate terms and conditions including the condition of attending the Trial Court regularly and punctually and cooperating with the Trial Court for early disposal of the case.
The Appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
