UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The petitioner, by way of present special leave petition, has preferred a prayer for anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State has vehemently opposed this prayer. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been granted interim protection by this Court on 2 17.10.2022 and there is no allegation that he did not cooperate with the investigation, we are inclined to confirm the interim protection granted by this Court on 17.10.2022. In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 507 of 2021 registered at Police Station Vidhyadhar Nagar, District Jaipur North, Rajasthan, subject to his executing bail bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five only) with one or two sureties in the like amount. It is further directed that the petitioner shall report to the Investigating Officer, as when called upon to do so. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
