O R D E R
Though learned senior counsel appearing for the de facto-complainant and learned counsel for the State have vehemently opposed the relief prayed for by the petitioners for grant of pre-arrest bail but, having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material placed on record, w e are of the view that in any case, the protection granted to the petitioners by orders dated 13.11.2021 in SLP(Crl.) No.8625/2021 and 22.11.2021 in SLP(Crl.) Nos.8798-8800/2021 deserve to be continued. Accordingly, the said orders dated 13.11.2021 and 22.11.2021 are made absolute while further providing that it shall be required of the petitioners to fully cooperate with the investigation and to abide by the terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.
