UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Learned counsel for the State of Maharashtra states that out of five eye witnesses, two eye witnesses have already examined. He prays for and is granted two months time to ensure that the remaining three eye witnesses are examined and further submits that thereafter the Court may consider the application of bail of the petitioner. We are accordingly not considering the bail application of the petitioner at this stage.
List the matter again on 20 th March, 2024.
It goes without saying the the petitioner will extend all cooperation during the trail and on the next date the respondent will file the complete order-sheet of the trial.
