Delay condoned. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order and hence, the special leave petition is dismissed. We, however, clarify that the impugned order and the dismissal of the present special leave petition will not come in the way of the petitioner filing a fresh application for bail in case of change in circumstances or if the trial gets prolonged due to reasons not attributable to the petitioner or co-accused.
