UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Mr. Sushil Balwda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the petitioner who is convicted for murder has been in jail for over nine years and at this stage he may be permitted to withdraw this Special Leave Petition so that a fresh bail application can be moved at the appropriate stage before the High Court. In view of the above submission, the Special Leave Petition stands dismissed as not pressed reserving the liberty as aforesaid.
