UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner makes a statement that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court dated 06.02.2024, the amount of Rs.15,00,000/- has
stood credited in the bank account of the wife. This SLP(Crl.) No. 10687/2023

statement has been confirmed by the learned senior counsel appearing for the State. A computerised generated statement has been placed on record alongwith an IA evidencing transfer of the amount of Rs.15,00,000/- to the account maintained by the wife with the ICICI Bank, Vrindavan Branch.
In view of the aforesaid, the impugned order passed by the High Court is set aside. We order that in the event of the arrest of the petitioner by police in connection with the alleged offence, he shall be released on anticipatory bail subject to the terms and conditions that the Investigating Officer may deem fit.

We clarify that the deposit of the amount of Rs.15,00,000/- is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner.
The Special Leave petition is disposed of accordingly.
Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
