O R D E R
Delay condoned. The regular bail application is pending before the High Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on several occasions, the bail application was listed before the High Court but got adjourned for one or the other reason. We find no reason to entertain this petition at this stage. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application before 1 the High Court for early listing of bail application. If such application is filed, the High Court may consider the application for early listing and decide the bail application on its own merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
