UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
2. In addition to the usual mode, liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve notice through the Standing Counsel for the respondent/State.
3. By way of ad interim order, in the event of arrest petitioner be released on bail in connection with Crime No.1202/2021 of Town West Police Station, Thrissur, Crime No.678/2021 of Nedupuzha Police Station, Thrissur, Crime No.1205/2021 of West Circle Police Srtation, Thrissur and Crime No.135/2023 of Viyyur Police Station, Thrissur, subject to him executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with one or more sureties in the like amount.
4. However, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation and report to the Investigating Officer as and when directed to do so.
