O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the material placed on record.
2. Considering the period of incarceration and facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
3. The petitioner, is directed to be released on bail, on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.
4. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of in the afore-stated terms.
