2. Taking into consideration the specific overt act attributed against the appellant apart from the fact that he is a student, we are inclined to grant bail to the appellant subject to the condition that he shall cooperate with the investigation.
3. In such view of the matter, we set aside the impugned order passed by the High Court and t he appellant is, accordingly, directed to be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed fit and proper by the trial Court.
4. The appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
