Leave granted.
Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
The appellant has undergone incarceration for a period of 4 years. As per the order passed in the year 2022, the trial was to be concluded within six months from 13 th
April, 2022. As per the impugned order, the trial was to be completed within a period of six months. However, we find that there is hardly any progress in the trial. Considering these peculiar facts, a case is made out for enlarging the appellant on bail.

For that purpose, the appellant shall be produced before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today. The Trial Court shall enlarge the appellant on bail on appropriate terms and conditions. The respondent-State will be heard before finalizing the terms and conditions. It is open for the respondent to urge that stringent terms and conditions should be fixed. The appeal is accordingly allowed on the above terms.
