UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
There is a serious dispute with regard to certain documents being placed on record of the High Court or not. According to respondent no.1, the petitioner had appeared through counsel and had also filed an application under Section 301(2) Cr.P.C. as
also objections to the bail application, whereas according to the petitioner, it is completely denied and it is also submitted that those documents are not available on the record of the High Court. We, accordingly, direct the Registrar General of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior to ensure that the xerox copy as also the soft copy of the complete file, including the vakalatnamas and other applications, be forwarded to this Court in a sealed cover within a week from today.
List the matter again on 12.03.2024.
