UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
We extend the interim bail granted to the applicant / petitioner Abhishek Srivastava vide order dated 18.08.2023 in connection with both Criminal Appeal no. 922/2023 arising out of R.C. no. 9(A)/2010, pending before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench 1 and Complaint Case no. 54/2019 in ECIR no. ECIR/03/PMLA/LKZO/2010, for a further period of four weeks from today.
The application seeking bail, which is stated to be listed before the High Court, will also be taken up for consideration within the aforesaid period, that is, four weeks from today.
The miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
A copy of this order will be sent by the Registry to the Registrar General of the High Court.
