Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
The charge-sheet has been filed. Looking to the nature of allegations made in the First Information Report, the appellant deserves to be enlarged on bail till the final disposal of the case.
For that purpose, the appellant shall be produced before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today. The Trial Court shall enlarge the appellant on bail on appropriate terms and conditions, including the condition of regularly attending the Trial Court and cooperating with the Trial Court for early disposal of the case.
The appeal is accordingly allowed. We make it clear that all issues are kept open, to
be decided by the Trial Court.
