Heard   Mr.   Pratik   Rathee,   learned   counsel   appearing   for   the petitioner. 

We   see   no   infirmity   with   the   rejection   of   pre-arrest   bail   for   the petitioner  under  the  impugned  order  dated  02.12.2023.    The  Special  Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, stand closed.
