UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
ORDER
The Court is convened through Video Conferencing. Applications seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order as also seeking exemption from filing official translation of the Annexures are allowed. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at a
considerable length and after carefully perusing the material available on record, we see no reason to interfere with the 2 Impugned order dated 28 10 2022 passed by the High Court of Delhi
At New Delhi whereby the anticipatory bail application filed by thepetitioner was dismissed.
The Special Leave Petition is,accordingly, dismissed.Pending application filed in the matter also stands disposed of.
