                        O R D E R

Learned     counsel   for   the   petitioners     states that   the   present   petition   may   be   dismissed   as withdrawn   with   liberty   to   the   petitioners   to surrender within three weeks. In   view   of   the   above,   the   special   leave petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However,   three   weeks   time   is   granted   to   the petitioners   to   surrender.   Further   in   case   the petitioners   surrender   and   file     an   application   for bail, the same would be considered on its own merits.
