Heard Mr.  Sidharth Luthra, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 

2. Having   considered   the   High   Court   order   rejecting   the   anticipatory bail for the petitioner, we see no reason to entertain this challenge to the impugned order. The Special Leave Petition is Accordingly dismissed.

3. In   the   event,   regular   bail   is   applied   by   the   petitioner,   the observation in the order of rejection of the anticipatory bail should not influence the Court and decision should be taken on its own merit on such regular bail application.
