Delay condoned.
Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.In addition to normal mode of service, liberty is granted
to serve the Standing Counsel for the State of of Uttar Pradesh. By way of an ad-interim order, it is directed that the 2 petitioner be released on bail in connection with FIR No.93 of 2002 registered with Police Station Dumariaganj, District Siddharth Nagar, U.P., in the event of arrest, subject to his executing bail bonds for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount. However, it is further directed that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and report to the Investigating Officer, as and when called upon to do so.
