UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this special leave petition may be treated as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender within two weeks. He also prays for a direction for expeditious disposal of the bail application.
2. The special leave petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
3. The petitioner is granted two weeks time from today to surrender before the concerned Court. If an application for regular bail is filed, we hope and trust that subject to the convenience of the court the same shall be decided expeditiously.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
