Perused application and say (Exh.5). Heard learned Advocate for the applicants and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2.Upon strong apprehension that, applicants may be arrested, harassed and ill­treated, they have filed the present application for pre­arrest bail. The complaint came to be filed by Sulochana Hiraman Patil. But, according to prosecution, Crime is not registered so far. The respondent had called the applicants for the purpose of inquiry in the said application.

The apprehension of arrest seems to be reasonable. However, by certain directions, interests of applicants may be protected and this application can be disposed of. Hence, the order.

ORDER

1.Criminal Bail Application No. 284 of 2022 stands disposed of.

2.In the event of registration of crime, on complaint of Sulochana Hiraman Patil, before arresting the applicants, 48 hours notice be served to them.

3.Inform the said order to the Investigating officer of the respondent.
