ORDER
1.
This is an application under section 439 of Cr.P.C. for bail by
applicant/accused Avinash Vidyadhar Epili in crime No.474/2022 under
section 353,332,279,336,504 r/w 34 of IPC, and section 239,184 of
Motor Vehicle Act, registered at police station Mulund, Mumbai.
2.
Perused the application and reply of IO. Heard both the sides. I
perused the case diary.
On perusal of the same, it is found that
complainant is the police constable. There is no question of pressurizing
the complainant and other police staff.
Accused is in custody since
6/7/2022. His further detention in the jail does not appear to be
necessary. No purpose would be served by keeping the applicant behind
the bar. Hence, I pass following order.

ORDER
1.
Bail Application No. 1778/2022 is hereby allowed.
2.
Applicant/accused namely Avinash Vidyadhar Epili in
C.R.No.474 of 2022 registered with Mulund police
station for the offence punishable under Sections
353,332, 279,336,504 r/w 34 of IPC, and section
239,184 of Motor Vehicle Act, shall be released on
his executing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/ (Fifteen
Thousand only) with one or two sureties of the like
amount on the conditions that :
a)
He shall not pressurize the prosecution
witnesses in any manner.
b)
He shall not commit any offence while on bail.
c)
He shall attend the dates of Court regularly
unless exempted by the Court.
d)
He shall furnish his correct address to the
investigating officer.
3.
He be released on provisional cash bail of
Rs.15,000/. Duration of provisional cash bail shall
be for four weeks.
4.
Bail before Ld. Magistrate.
5.
Bail Application No.1778/2022 is disposed of
accordingly.
