This
application
has
been
filed
by
the
applicant/accused under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for releasing him
on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the aforesaid
Crime registered at Adgaon Police Station, for the offence
punishable under section 354, 354­A, 504, 506 of the Indian
Penal Code and prayed for interim protection. Accordingly, this
Court has granted interim protection to applicant on 06.06.2022.

Heard Learned advocate Shri.G.D.More, and Learned
APP Smt. Sangale for the State. IO is also present. Perused the
documents appended with the application.

It is the case of the prosecution that the applicant had
outraged the modesty of informant, abused her and threatened

her.

Interim bail was granted to the applicant.

But now,
IO has filed say and has given a list of criminal cases filed
against the applicant and also specifically mentioned that
applicant has not cooperated the investigation.

He was given
intimation on mobile­phone and also by giving written notice to
that effect but applicant failed to approach police station for
enquiry. Considering these aspects, it is clear that the applicant
is not entitled for anticipatory bail. Hence, the order.

Interim protection granted to applicant on
06.06.2022, stands vacated forthwith.
