The applicants/accused Tukaram Abu Bagul and
Rajabai Tukaram Bagul claims bail in C.R. No. I­113/2022 for
the offences punishable under Section 306, 498­A, 504, 506 r/w.
34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Kalwan Police
Station.

Heard Learned Advocate Shri P.S.Bhalerao, for the
applicant, learned A.P.P. Smt. Jadhav for the State and Adv.
Shri Shejwal for intervenor. Perused the papers of investigation.

It is the case of the prosecution that the applicants
have harassed the deceased to such an extent that she was left
with no other option but to commit suicide and accordingly,

accused abated the commission of suicide by the deceased.

On perusal of record, it reveals that this is the
successive bail application filed by the applicants on the ground
that the investigation is near­about complete and that there is
no recovery or discovery as such remains from the applicants.
Previous bail application was rejected on merit. The applicants
are behind bar since 08 & 09th June, 2022 respectively. Though,
charge­sheet is not yet filed, the investigating officer submitted
that the same is sent for scrutiny.

Both the applicants are
aged persons.

According to ld. Advocate for the applicants, the
applicants have no criminal antecedents. They are local resident
and are ready to abide any conditions on grant of bail.
Considering all these aspects, this Court is of the view that
applicants can be released on bail by imposing certain conditions.
Hence the order.
