1.

Read the application and the say filed vide Exh.6. Gone
through the documents. Heard Ld. Advocate for applicant and Ld. A.P.P.
for State.

Crime stood registered bearing C.R. No.I­205 of 2022 with the
respondent/Police Station for an offence punishable under Section 381 of
I.P.C. against the applicant for an allegation that, he had committed theft
of Rs.72,600/­ and other important documents of the School of the
complainant.

It is the case of the applicant that, he is innocent and falsely
implicated in this case. He left the job in October­2021 and the amount of
Rs.5,000/­ of his salary was outstanding with the School. Therefore, he

used to ask for the salary. On suspicion, the name of applicant is given by
the complainant. Applicant was called by the Police and he co­operated
the Police. Therefore, prayed to allow the application.

The grounds for objection are that, amount is to be recovered.

Investigation is in progress. Custody of applicant is necessary. Therefore,
prayed to reject the application.

Upon hearing and going through the material placed on
record, this Court finds that, on suspicion name of applicant is given by
the complainant to the Police. Just because the applicant is demanding his
outstanding salary that does not mean that, he has committed the theft.
The applicant had attended the Police Station and co­operate the Police.
Therefore, by imposing certain conditions, the application can be allowed.
Hence, the order.
ORDER
1.

Criminal Bail Application 608 of 2022 is allowed.

2.

In the event of arrest, Applicant Siddhant Ashok Tajale be
released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs.15,000/­
with solvent surety in like amount to the satisfaction of the I.O. in
connection C.R. No.I­205 of 2022 registered Respondent/Police
Station under Section 381 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicant to attend the respondent/Police Station before the I.O.
on 13th June, 15th June and 17th June, 2022 between 11.00 a.m.
to 01.00 p.m. and co­operate the I.O. in the investigation and
thereafter as and when the I.O. calls him under prior written
intimation.

Office to inform this order to Investigating Officer.

In the above terms, the Criminal Bail Application 608 of 2022
stands disposed off.
