Perused the application for anticipatory bail. Perused the say filed by learned APP and I. O. below Ex. 4. The I. O. has stated that the complaint against the present accused bearing application out ward no. 4924 of 2021 dated 27.09.2021 with Adgaon Police Station is filed and disposed of. No crime is registered against the applicant with their police station. In such circumstance, following order will suffice the purpose.

01] Incharge of Adgaon Police Station, Nashik is directed to issue 72 hours notice before arrest against the applicants in the event of registration of FIR in connection with the present matter/complaint, so that they could approach to this court for the purpose of anticipatory bail.
02] Accordingly, present application is disposed of.
