This application has been filed by the applicants/accused
under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for releasing them on anticipatory bail
in the event of their arrest in the aforesaid Crime registered at Wavi
Police Station, for the offence punishable under section 304B, 498A,
323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and interim protection
was granted to applicants by this Court on 04.08.2022.

Advocate
for
applicants, Perused the say filed by IO and also perused the
papers.

It is the case of the prosecution that the applicants being
inlaws of the informant, have illtreated and harassed her for
unlawful demand.

Learned Advocate for the applicants submitted that there
are no specific allegation against the applicants.
Main accused i.e.
the husband of deceased is already arrested. Report reflects that there
are general allegations against the present applicants whereas main
allegations are against accused No.1.
Thus, prima facie involvement
of the applicants in the alleged offence is found to be in cloud. On
these amongst ground, interim bail was granted to applicants on

04.08.2022. Now, say is filed by the IO and the formal objections are
raised.
It appears that the applicants cooperated the investigation.
Applicants have produced copies of attendance sheet to show that they
have marked presenty in the police station and cooperated the
investigation.

As per the contention of ld. Advocate, the applicants have
no criminal antecedents. They are local resident and they are ready to
abide any conditions imposed upon them. Therefore, considering all
these aspects, this Court is of the view to confirm the interim
protection granted to applicants. Hence, the order.
