The applicants/accused Pradip Sahebrao Jadhav
claims bail in C.R. No. I­271/2022 for the offences punishable
under Sections 306, 498­A r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code
registered with Adgaon Police Station.

Heard Learned Advocate Shri R.d.Avhad, for the
applicant, learned A.P.P. Smt. Jadhav for the State and Adv.
Shri Shejwal for intervenor. Perused the papers of investigation.

It is the case of the prosecution that applicant being
brother­in­law of the deceased illtreated and harassed her and
thereby abetted the commission of suicide by the deceased
Ashwini.

On perusal of record, it reveals that applicant is 19
years old person.

There are no specific allegations against him
as to how and in what manner, he has illtreated the deceased.
But there are specific allegations against other accused.

view that applicant can be released on bail by imposing certain
