Perused application. Heard learned Counsel for
applicant.
2.

By this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the
applicant accused no. 4 Pankaj Ramdas Deshmukh seeks bail
in Crime No. I­686/2019, registered at Ambad Police Station
under Sections 307, 141, 143, 148, 504 of the Indian Penal
Code and under section 4/25 of Arms Act and u/s.135 of
Maharashtra Police Act on the ground of parity and
completion of investigation.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has
submitted that, few accused are released on bail, also the
final report under section 173 of Cr.P.C. has been furnished
and it is registered as Sessions Case and thus, the accused
deserves bail.

No say is filed by the prosecution, despite
sufficient opportunity was granted.
5.

On going through the record, it is an admitted fact
that, entire investigation is over and final report has been
furnished. Similarly, co­accused Altaf Salifm, Heramb Nikam
and Ajinkya Patil are already released on bail. The role
played by the applicant as revealed from FIR is at par with
that of played by co­accused who were granted bail.

In view of above, the applicant deserves rule of
parity. Hence, order :­

The Application is allowed.

2.

The applicant accused no.4 Pankaj Ramdas
Deshmukh be released on bail in terms of order
passed in Cri.Bail Application No.207 of 2020 dtd.
