Both applicant / accused are seeking bail U / Sec. 439 of
CrPC in Crime No. 70 / 2022, registered U / Sec. 353, 332, 186, 427,
504, 506 and 34 of IPC.

Perused record. Heard Learned Adv. Shri Kautik Wagh for
applicants, Learned APP Smt. Aparna Patil for the State and IO Shri
Samadhan Nagare.

Record shows that, after incident occurred on 01.05.2022 at
about 11:30 hours, FIR was immediately lodged on same day at about
17:11 hours.
Thereafter accused were arrested on 19.05.2022. On same
day, police sought magisterial custody of applicants / accused and
accordingly it was granted till 01.06.2022.

Today applicant / accused prayed for bail on the ground
that, they are falsely implicated, investigation is over and applicants
are ready to abide each and every conditions.

Application is opposed on the ground that investigation is in
progress and applicants if released, may tamper prosecution evidence.

Considering the nature of offense and the fact that, applicant
/ accused persons are not required for investigation, the applicants /
accused are granted bail by following order.

ORDER
Application is allowed.

Dadaji Raghunath Raundal be released on each furnishing
PR Bond of ₹. 15,000/-, with one surety in the like amount,
on following conditions :
i.
They shall attend concern police station at 11:00 am on
every Saturday till filing of charge-sheet.
ii.
Accused persons shall co-operate the investigation.
iii. They shall not directly or indirectly make any
inducement, threat or promise to any person
acquainted with the facts of the case so as dissuade that
person from disclosing such facts to the Court or to
any police officer.
iv. They shall furnish their identity proof, proof of their
current and permanent residence and mobile number/s
to the IO.
v.

They shall inform the IO / Court if they change their
addresses.
