This application has been filed by the applicant/accused
under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for releasing him on anticipatory bail in
Crime No.I 517/2020 registered at Ambad Police Station for the offences
punishable under section 354, 354(D) & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case, the FIR was lodged by the
complainant on 21.09.2020 alleging therein that she was working in
Indian Oil Corporation B.G. Krayojick Unit, Nashik, as an Assistant on
contract basis. The applicant is the Head of the said Unit. It is alleged that
the complainant was being ‘stalked’ by the applicant
and on many
occasions he directed her to stay in the office beyond office hours and also
come to office on holidays. He passed indecent and filthy remarks on her.
He has touched her body a number of times when she works on computer.
He talks always regarding
her dresses thereby creating a lot of
embarrassment for her. She further alleges that he used to call her in his
