This
application
has
been
filed
by
the
applicant/accused under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for releasing him
on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the aforesaid
Crime registered at Deola Police Station, for the offence
punishable under section 498­A, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the
Indian Penal Code and accordingly, this Court has granted
interim protection to applicants on 02.06.2022.

Heard Learned advocate Shri. G.P.Deshmukh, for the
applicant and Learned APP Smt. Sangale for the State. Perused
the documents appended with the application.

It is the case of the prosecution that applicant is
involved in the offence of abusing and threatening the informant.

On perusal of record, it reveals that there are
allegations against the husband and in­laws of the informant. It
is alleged that the applicant have illicit relations with accused
No.1. Considering the nature of accusation, it is apparent that
there would not be any recovery from the applicant.

Now, IO has filed say but there is no substantial
grounds to resist the application.

It appears that the applicant
has cooperated the investigation.

As per the contention of the Ld. Advocate for the
applicant, the applicant has no criminal antecedents.

She is
serving in Police Department. She is a local resident and is ready
to abide any condition on grant of bail.

Therefore, interim
protection granted to applicant by this Court on 02.06.2022 can
be confirmed subject to same conditions. Hence, the order.
