1.This is an application filed under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code for grant of pre­arrest bail in C. R. No.I­30/2022 registered with the respondent Indira Nagar Police Station for an offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 504 R/W 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2.Perusal of the F.I.R. reflects that the offences alleged are available. Therefore application under section 438 of CrPC is not maintainable.
