Advocate for Applicant, Ld. A.P.P. for Respondent/State and I.O.
present in person.

In this matter, interim protection was granted by this Court
on 17.05.2022 to the applicant. Ld. A.P.P. for Respondent/State fairly
made a submission on instruction of the I.O. who is present in Court,
that the application be allowed subject to a condition that, he be

directed to remain present on Wednesday 15 th June 2022 between
11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. for interrogation.

In view of the submission, this Court finds that, the
application is required to be allowed. Hence, the order.
ORDER
1.

Criminal Bail Application 609 of 2022 is allowed.

2.

Order passed below Exh.4 on 17.05.2022 is made absolute with a
condition that the applicant should remain present before the
I.O. at the Respondent/Police Station on 15th June, 2022 between
11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. and co­operate the I.O. in the
investigation.

3.

In the above terms, the Criminal Bail Application 609 of 2022
stands disposed off.
