The State of Maharashtra
through PI Panchawati Police St.
Nashik.

.. Respondent.

Order below Exh. 1
This application is filed for grant of anticipatory bail
and interim relief is also claimed.

It is pertinent to note that
there is no any specification as to the alleged apprehension of
arrest by the police on filing complaint.

No any day, date, time
is mentioned when there was phonecall by the police to the
applicants.

Apparently there is no any report lodged by the
proposed informant against the applicants.

Law is very much
settle that when no crime is registered against the person, it is
not permissible to grant anticipatory bail, on the reason that it
would act as a blanket as against all sort of accusation which
may arise in future against the said person. Even otherwise, the
applicants failed to put forth any circumstance to show that the
proposed informant proceeded to take criminal action against
them.

Thereby, it cannot be said that there is reasonable
apprehension to the applicants of arrest at the hands of police at
