The applicants/accused Bhima Chabu Pawar claims
bail in C.R. No. I­254/2022 for the offences punishable under
Sections 304­B, 498­A, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal
Code registered with Mumbai Naka Police Station.

Heard Learned Advocate Shri A.S.Deshmane, for the
applicant, learned A.P.P. Smt. Sangale for the State. Perused the
papers of investigation.

It is the case of the prosecution that applicant being
father­in­law of the deceased illtreated her with cruelty and
thereby abetted and instigated the commission of alleged suicide
by her.
4.

On perusal of record, it reveals that there are general
allegations against all the accused that they have harassed and
illtreated the deceased. Main allegations are against the husband
of deceased. Applicant is the father­in­law of the deceased. He
came to be arrested on 16.09.2022.

Considering the nature of
accusation, it appears that there is no any recovery or discovery

as such remain from the applicant. Applicant is a 65 years old
citizen.

Learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted
that applicant has no criminal antecedents. Applicant is ready to
abide any conditions on grant of bail.

Considering all these aspects,
this Court is of the view that applicant can be released on bail by
imposing certain conditions. Hence the order.

Applicant­Accused Bhima Chabu Pawar
arrested in C.R. No. 254/2022 for the offences
punishable under 304­B, 498­A, 323, 504, 506
r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with
Mumbai Naka Police Station, Nashik be released
on bail in the sum of Rs.15,000/­(Rupees Fifteen
Thousand only) with a surety in the like amount
subject to following conditions :­
a] That she shall not tamper with the prosecution
evidence in any manner.
b] Applicant is directed not to enter the
area/vicinity where the victim resides till end of
trial.
c] Applicant is directed to furnish her permanent
address proof, mobile number.
