ORDER
This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in relation with Crime No.734/2022, lodged with Bangur Nagar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 and 427 r/w Section 34 of I.P.C.
2.Perused the application and the say of the Investigation Officer.
3.Heard both the sides.
4.This court has already granted anticipatory bail to accused No.1 and 2 in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.1729/2022 and 1688/2022. In view of peculiar facts and circumstances, I think it is in the interest of justice to enlarge the applicant on anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions. I, therefore, pass the following order:
ORDER
1. The applicant Zubeda Raees Khan @ Zibbo be released on anticipatory bail on executing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/ (Fifteen Thousand Rupees Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount, in the event of her arrest in Crime No.734/2022 registered in Bangur Nagar Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 and 427 r/w Section 34 of I.P.C., on the following conditions :
(i) She shall make herself available for interrogation as and when called by the I.O. by issuing written notice.
(ii) She shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall cooperate in the investigation.
(iii) She shall place on record her recent residential address proof and contact details.
(iv) She shall not leave Mumbai without prior permission of the concerned Magistrate.
2.Inform the concerned Police Station, accordingly.
3.Anticipatory Bail Application No.1846/2022 stands disposed off accordingly.
