1.Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to implead the Complainant as party Respondent by effecting necessary amendment in the Application. Amendment to be carried out within four days from today without disclosing the identity of the victim.

2.On the Complainant being impleaded as party Respondent, issue notice to Respondent No.2, making it returnable on 30/09/2021. Learned A.P.P. is also requested to intimate the Complainant through the Investigating Officer, about she being impleaded as party Respondent in the matter and the scheduled date of hearing.

3.Re-list the matter on 30/09/2021.
